Lovely cardi but fabric cut the wrong way

Fabric has been cut the wrong way. When you run your hands down the Cardi it should feel soft and velvety instead it feels rough. Only feels velvety in the opposite direction. Totally around the wrong way. Lovely Cardi but disappointing in how it feels when you brush against it the wrong way.

Lovely top nice neck line, would have liked fabric to be a bit thicker but still nice and some pockets would have been awesome.
