Taking Shape services clients around the world, including in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, New Zealand Canada, Georgia, Israel, Switzerland, Turkey and the United States of America. We do not actively request sensitive information about you. If at any time we need to collect sensitive information about you, unless otherwise permitted by law, we will first obtain your consent and we will only use it as required or authorised by law.
We are permitted to process your personal information in the ways described above, either because:

If you purchase products from TakingShape.com/UK/, your personal information will be collected and used by Global-E for the fulfilment of your order and the delivery of products to you. We do not carry out solely automated decision-making or profiling that has a legal or similarly significant effect on individuals

With your consent (if required) and in accordance with your contact preferences, local direct marketing laws and the Privacy Laws, we will send you marketing communications from time to time to keep you up to date on our latest arrivals and offers, provide loyalty rewards, share style advice or to invite you to upcoming store events. We may also use your personal information to personalise your advertising experience via social media and ad retargeting.

maintaining technology products to prevent unauthorised computer access.

Unless you choose to store this information at checkout, we do not keep details of your credit card information, including the security code (or CCV number) that you need to input in order to complete an order using your credit card. If you wish the site to remember your card details, your details will be fully encrypted and stored in compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards. Taking Shape has no access to this data.
All credit card payments are processed by CyberSource who have been providing online card processing for over 20 years. At the time you place your order, your credit card is pre-approved. Actual payment is processed through a secure process once you have placed your order.

We recommend taking the following security measures to enhance your online security, both in relation to the use of our websites, and more generally;

If using a public computer, we recommend that you always log out of your Taking Shape account and close the browser when you finish.
Create a strong and unique password for your account; we recommend using a combination of numbers and letters.
Avoid using the same password for multiple accounts.
Change passwords regularly. To change your Taking Shape password, sign in and visit My Account and check "Change My Password". We will send you an email notification to your registered email address to confirm your account updates.

We do not and will not sell any of your personal information to any third parties.

related or affiliated companies of Taking Shape, located in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom;
third party service providers or contractors used for logistical services, data processing, payment processing, data analysis, customer satisfaction surveys, information technology services and support, website maintenance/development, printing, archiving, mail-outs, and market research, including but not limited to Salesforce, Global E, Cybersource, Paypal, Optty, Aus Post and Shippit.

our professional advisers, such as our lawyers and accountants;
any person or organisation to whom we may transfer our rights or obligations; or
any person or organisation after a restructure, sale or acquisition of any Taking Shape entity, as long as that person uses your personal information for the same purposes as it was originally given to us or used by us (or both).

We disclose your personal information to these recipients or categories of recipients in order to:

to provide you with our products and services;
to communicate with you based on your communication preferences;
to conduct market research and marketing strategy analysis;
for customer service management purposes;
to run training and events;
for the purpose of facilitating or implementing a transfer or sale of all or part of our assets or business or if we undergo any other kind of corporate restructure, acquisition or sale. It is likely that we will disclose your personal information outside of the jurisdiction you are located in to overseas recipients and service providers who are located in places such as Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, the United Kingdom and other countries dependant on the nature of the services those recipients provide to us (for example cloud-based storage solutions and where the recipient server locations are based overseas). Please note that the use of overseas service providers to store personal information will not always involve a disclosure of personal information to that overseas provider.
We only ever disclose your personal information outside the jurisdiction it was collected where we are permitted to do so under applicable Privacy Laws. Generally, this means we will take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with applicable Privacy Laws.
For residents of the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA), we will transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the UK or the EEA for processing and storing. Also, it will be processed by staff operating outside the UK or the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Taking Shape offers its customers the opportunity to become a Member and receive great rewards (Rewards Program).

We understand the importance of being open and transparent with you in the way in which we collect, store, use and share your personal information. We take protecting your privacy rights very seriously. We strongly encourage you to read this notice before you create your account, so that you understand and are comfortable with how we handle your personal information.

Personal information	How do we collect this information?

Personal and contact details	When you become a Member with us (and join our Rewards Program), we will collect your personal information (name, phone number, country location and email address). We also collect your date of birth, if you decide to provide this to us (this information is entirely voluntary).
Information about your purchases and transactions	When you make purchases as a Member, we will also collect information about purchases you have made, which count towards your Rewards Program benefits, (such as what, how and when you make purchases (including the price of those purchases) and your use of any Rewards Program benefits (such as using a voucher towards any of your purchases).
Online and digital services information	When you use our online services (such as our website), we may collect information from you electronically (through “cookies” and other online technologies), which includes information such as your IP address and details about your device. In some cases this may be personal information and other times we cannot identify you. We will collect and use your personal information for the purpose of processing your application to become a Member with us, your purchases and facilitating the provision of products to you (including to communicate with you in response to your enquiries about our products ).

We collect and use your personal information so we can administer the Rewards Program including to properly account for accrued points and other benefits. This includes sending you communications regarding your points and delivering any benefits to you (such as a voucher you have earnt as part of the Rewards Program).

We may also use your personal information to aggregate this information and conduct data analytics activities (to help us understand trends in consumer behaviour, and improve our products).

In addition, we will use and disclose your personal information for marketing purposes, and you consent to us (or agents acting on its behalf) communicating with you via email, mail, SMS and push notifications, to:

promote the Rewards Program, including special offers and promotions (such as price discounts); and
promote Taking Shape’s products and services (including to let you know about other products and services or promotions you may be interested in).

You are always in control of the direct marketing communications which you receive and can opt-out at any time. Generally you can opt-out by following the relevant opt-out or unsubscribe instructions in the relevant communication.
