  • New Zealand orders do not incur Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax), however, local duties, taxes and customs charges may apply. Such charges are NOT included in the order and are payable by the customer. To find out more information, please contact your local customs office.

  • Your order will be sent from our Australian fulfilment centre using registered Australia Post international air mail.

  • Occasionally, international deliveries may take up to 5 weeks to arrive due to customs.
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and we do not take responsibility for any currency exchange fluctuations that may occur when payment is debited from your credit card.
  • We do not deliver to Afghanistan, Antarctica, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Slovakia, Sudan, Tanzania, Vietnam or Zimbabwe.

We endeavour to have your parcel delivered as soon as possible. However, unavoidable delays can occur. If you have not received your purchase in the time frame provided, please contact us. Due to stock availability, your order may be split with items delivered separately.

Pre-Orders
Pre-ordering allows you to secure the item you want before it has arrived in our fulfilment centre. While this helps ensure you don’t miss out, it will take longer than a standard purchase to arrive.

Estimated delivery dates shown for pre-order styles indicate the expected arrival time of the item into our fulfilment centre. Once the product has arrived in our centre, regular delivery timeframes apply.


Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your address is complete and correct when going through checkout. Orders where Australia Post have deemed the address incorrect or insufficient may result in delayed delivery, lost parcels or parcels returned to our fulfilment centre.


Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All credit card payments are processed by Direct Payment Solutions, which is a certified Payment Service Provider.

At the time of order, your credit card payment is pre-approved. This payment will be processed once your order is ready for delivery. If you order is split, your payment may be processed in sections.
