Lacks shape

I love these colours but for some reason they didn’t look right on me this time. Perhaps the pattern didn’t help. Because this fabric is so stretchy, I would recommend going down a size. This would also improve the shape. I felt it was a “house dress”, which I already have plenty of, so am returning. The straight drop at the front highlighted the lack of shape.

I am a small XL and this fitted a little loosely so size was right on. Much more flattering on than in the picture. Comfortable fabric with stretch. Suits my very fair coloring which many patterns do not.
