Fresco Cardi

This is a great standout cardi and I feel super special when wearing it.

I absolutely adored this and the matching cardi and ordered both. The tunic is much bigger in the same size and too long on my petite sized height. Sleeve length good on both but V neck not nice on me and very wide across my chest. I thought it would be great for dressy or formal occasions and later bought matching tunic. I thought I loved the colours and the actual floral pattern compared to others. Sadly it is halfway down my calves but size M fit well everywhere else. The tunic is longer again. To my ankles. I was disappointed by just how see through this is. Too much for me when I want to disguise excess weight on arms. Felt naked and like lingerie. Obviously not suited to my personality either?! I could not fix that by wearing the matching tunic as that was even longer! Near my ankles and much bigger everywhere. Definitely size down in tunic especially if petite sized!rnThe colours were pretty but REALLY bright, not much blue at all and while trying I was sneezing, coughing and scratching my eyes. When looked down there was Purple fluff all over the floor, skirtings, wall and nearby furniture just from trying the garments on a couple of times each to decide what to do. I’m sorry to say I returned both. I had to clean the mess and ended up with a small handful of dusty lint fluff stuff! Imagine going out to a wedding or something and leaving a trail! rnThe frill on the tunic made it even longer and the two together didn’t sit well. I might have kept the cardi or reordered a size S to wear with solid black dress or tunic but the fluff and my allergic reaction made my mind up. It would be an amazing outfit on the right person and if the fluff issue doesn’t bother them or it stops after a couple of washes

This evening cardi is even a more richer purple in real life which is my favoirite purple and looks very glamourous with the rich orange. Great for Qld with sheerness and shirter but still long sleeves to wear to work and you can still put a coat over it for outdoors in winter. I will buy the tunic too! I am only 5ft 2 so it l9oks like a beautiful sheer coat on me. I have the past teal/green and pink ones in the same design brought out last year.

I’m much the same height as the model but this looks far shorter on me, the sleeves are shorter...it just feels small everywhere yet I bought my usual size for these cardis...deciding if I will return it when my local store reopens...pretty colours but dodgy sizing unfortunately
