Cotton Double Gauze Shirt

This shirt has just arrived, and I know it will be a useful all round shirt, duster/beach cover up. I have to be careful as many tiered and empire line tops have the seam right across the bust but this seam sits under the bust. The fabric is a good quality double gauze cotton. The colour is quite a dull pinky grey (I don't usually do pale pinks) which goes well with my Leo Stretch Linen Crop Pants and black Bamboo Glam Lace Tank.

The double gauze, cotton construction of this garment worksrnso well for wear in the hot weather. Such a pretty colour thatrngoes well with most outfits. It is easy care and is keeping itsrnshape well.

Love this top . So easy to wear. Love that can leave open with a cami underneath. rnJust another TS favourite. 😊

Having purchased the white broderie anglaise and black cotton shirts in exactly the same style and size I was surprised that this was HUGE ! Ladies size down if purchasing this .The colour and style are beautiful ........

The only thing I don't like about this shirt is that it's far too warm to wear in summer. Which is what I bought it for, given it's pastel colour. I wore it as an overshirt with a cami and a skirt to work the other day and I pretty much melted all day!rnrnThat said, it's a lovely shirt and the colour is just beautiful. I have a thing for purple and this is such a lovely shade of it. The double gauze fabic is soft as silk and the shirt hangs very well. I will get a lot of wear out of it when the weather is cooler! Don't let my 'too warm' statement put you off buying it, because it's a beautiful shirt and you can wear it for most of the year.
