Rive Gauche Jacket

This coat is a beautiful colour and a classic style that I will wear for years. It looks great over jeans or black or navy pants. I consistently receive compliments when I'm wearing it, which makes me feel great!

I was so excited to find my size (24) and excited when it came today. Alas, it was all wrong when I tried it on. The shoulders were too wide, the colour too dark, and I was larger around the bust and stomach than the coat. The sleeves were too long also, plus the length was way past my knees, it is a fairly heavy coat too.........Such a pity. Will have to return it.

I can’t believe it - there was a size 24 showing available so I ought it online straight away. It must have been the only one, because now there are no 24’s available...... Funny thing is - I was speaking to TS at Myer Melbourne two days prior to today and was told there were no 24’s left in either Australia or New Zealand. Either somebody returned one or there was a mis punt and one had been hiding!.......Whatever the reason, I’m just thankful I went and checked online “just in case”.......So thank you TS, now I just need to wait until delivery.

My TS manager at Robina, Patty, thought I would like this coat. I trusted her judgement and she ordered it on line at the shop for me. Well she was right, and I love it. It’s got weight, structure and a classic style and of course the lovely colour. I regularly visit my kids in Melbourne and Sydney, so I can’t wait for winter. rnThanks Patty and TS.

I was so in two minds with buying this jacket because of its price but I’m now so glad I did. Totally worth the investment! Superior quality and fits amazing. I simply love it with everything, jeans to a dress, it just goes with them all. It’s beautifully lined and super warm. True to size and not one of those jackets that’s tight on the upper sleeves. I know I will get plenty of years out of it because of the quality, style and colour!
