Returns

We’re pretty sure you’ll love everything you receive from Taking Shape, but if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order dispatch date. You can return most items for any reason, but before returning an item, please read about returns and exceptions in the "Returns Policy" section below.

How to action a return

We have partnered with Global-e to provide an international shipping service that allows customers to shop and pay securely with local payment and currency options.If you ordered from outside of the UK, your return will be processed via Global-e.


  1. Complete the Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel.
  2. Our returns service is supported by Global-e. Create your pre-paid returns label by clicking here.
  3. Log in to the returns portal using your 14 digit Order Number (begins with GE) and Email Address.
  4. Choose the item/s you wish to return selecting the reason code form the drop-down menu.
  5. Select the return method and print the pre-paid return label and affix to the outside of your parcel.

Please note that the cost of shipping your return to us will be deducted from your total order refund.

Returns policy

  • Item/s must be unworn and unwashed, returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
  • All labels, swing tags and hygiene strips must still be attached.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment and may take 14 working days to show in your account.
  • Due to hygiene restrictions, earrings and hosiery are ineligible for return.

Ordering a replacement item

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange item(s), if you wish to exchange an item(s) please do not send any payments or exchange requests with your returned goods. Please first return your item(s) following the above process and a refund will be issued to you. Then place a brand new order on the website for the new item(s) you require.
