Beautiful dress but design problems

Beautiful dress but poorly made, needs side zip or no zip as back zip does not sit well because of a combination of bias cut style and nature of the fabric. Unfortunately the shoulders also were sewn with different width, out by about .75cm which is noticeable when on. I loved the dress so much I arranged to replace the one I got online with stock from store in South Island. The replacement I received had the same issues, in fact the back seem was worse. Ended up having the back zip removed altogether which cost $60 but store agreed to pay half. I feel these are poorly made and quality control should have picked up these issues. If I had paid full price I would have been even more disappointed, but thankfully had bought on sale so less of a loss financially.
