Celina Short Sleeve Top

Purchased this top and matching Cardi recently for summer but have already worn them on multiple occasions. Lovely light, stretchy fabric that washes well and doesn’t shrink. Unlike other reviewers here, I find the length of the top to be perfect and I’m only a shorty at 162cms tall. Very happy with this purchase!

Love this top, the cut is very flattering, it’s quite long on me as I’m only 5’2, but will look great with my best friend jeggings, true to size, it will be great for spring/summer.

Further to previous review, My size S arrived But unfortunately even though it is a better fit across the shoulders, chest waist and hips and sleeves are better Width with room but no excess fabric folding over at the bottom the length is the same and far too long for petites! It’s at my knees (not like on the model) and I kept trying it to see if I’d change my mind but decided I’d have to let it go and posted it back. It fits like a dress or longline tunic but it just didn’t feel like it looked right. Because I liked it so much I was trying to tell myself I would be happy but I might not wear it in the end as it’s overwhelmingly long. The fabric is a very thin light stretchy polyester and flowing so if it’s too small it will cling. Length appears to stay the same between sizes. As I’d be sitting on a lot of it’s length in time it might pill from rubbing on furniture. Lovely for the Warmer weather ahead. I kept the orange mesh cardi in M to wear with other things because this shade of orange and this top’s colour is not fluorescent or burnt orange but a lovely citrus orange that suits my light complexion with pink tones. I don’t tan well.

I hope I’m not disappointed as I love everything about this. I just reordered this lovely top in an S. This is a light stretchy fabric so I’m hoping going down a size is not going to emphasise my midriff spare tyre! The fabric is a bit thin so would be unflattering if form or closer fitting but Excellent for summer. rnI bought the M originally but I’m a petite height person . rnrnThis is a gorgeous shade of orange and is pictured truly . You can’t see it well here but there is a gold metallic outline on the print edges. The print looks like hessian in black interesting. I love the frilled hem but unfortunately this top is excessively long on my frame with too much fabric at the bottom. It’s a mini dress just above my knees though the chest and sleeves are perfect. This is why I’m worried about the S. I might have to return both for a refund if it’s too tight or clings at midriff. The length though a bit silly on me is a small issue but the excess material (A line if you hold outer edges out at your sides) at the bottom hangs in multiple folds and gathers and the splits you see in the model which is one of it’s best features aren’t even visible but completely covered . rnrnThis top is stunning and the colour is as pictured lighter and bright, not neon, fleurons or burnt orange. Good with my more paler pinkish complexion It screams summer, gelato and warm summer fun and it’s elegant too but if you’re petite sized try your normal size but you might need to try the next size down too.rnrnI bought the orange mesh cardi to go with it as worn by model in one of the photos. These seem to fit well in M but sit lower on my hips.rnI’m not sure if I will keep it if I return tops . Must see what else I could wear it with . It is a beautiful bright fresh shade of orange too.
